The Historic Greenwood Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you the 1st Annual Greenwood Community Spirit Awards Gala! This year's theme is "Black Wall Street Reborn." We will honor distinguished award recipients who have demonstrated excellence in education, business, humanity, community and innovation in helping the African American community in the Greater Tulsa Metropolitan Area. We are also excited to kick off our fundraising efforts for the Black Wall Street Scholarship Fund, which will award five area high school seniors with $1,000 scholarships at Tulsa Juneteenth 2017!

Come enjoy a night of honoring outstanding community leaders, fabulously dressed friends, private VIP cocktail hour, amazing dinner, silent auction and an after-party to celebrate a successful year!

Downtown Tulsa continues its growth as a hotspot for holiday activities. With a full schedule of events in the IDL throughout the season, downtown districts are coming together for one special night of holiday festivities.

 

Lighting at 5:30 pm – Reconciliation Park, 321 N. Detroit Ave.
Mayor, First lady and City Councilors

The program begins at 5:15pm with live music, singers, and spoken word. Followed by special unity lighting taking place as the lights turn on.

The second stop on the tour is Guthrie Green’s “Glow on the Green,” featuring a special Holiday Pop-Up Market, Live Music, Karaoke, and unique holiday eats. The Brady Arts District will also host the annual “Nog Off” competition for the benefit of the Emerson Elementary School Art Department.

**Complimentary valet parking will be offered to attendees, which is located on Departures roadway in front of the ticket counters. Attendees are also able to park in Short-Term parking located on the second and third levels of the garage, in front of Concourse A.
