- Friday, June 12th & Saturday, June 13th - 14th Annual Juneteenth Rodeo - 7:30 p.m. nightly, Owasso Roundup Club Arena
- Sunday, June 14th - All City Prayer Event at 4 p.m., at B.S. Roberts Park
- Monday, June 15th - A Millennium Job and Health Fair - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Langston University hosted by Dr. Bruce McGowan. The Fair will include Debbie Doremus with American Red Cross and Cheryl Freeman of the Sickle Cell Disease Association of Oklahoma and more.
- Tuesday, June 16th - A Juneteenth Civil Rights Legacy Reception and Tribute to Community Leaders.
- Wednesday, June 17th - Church Night.
- Thursday, June 18th - Enjoy Multicultural Celebrations and a Taste of Greenwood Day with Ruben Gant. Stroll through Greenwood North and enjoy the village atmosphere of business, conversation, and leisure. Visit with the Pine Street Mart owner Billie Parker as she hosts an African American Festival at B.S. Roberts Park, at 3 p.m.
- Friday, June 19th - Supporters of Families with Sickle Cell Disease, Inc.- 9:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m.. - World Sickle Cell Day - donate blood for a worthy cause at Langston Tulsa.
- 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. - at Langston Tulsa, A Symposium hosted by the Tulsa Association of Black Journalists. The topic is Race, Religion, and Politics. “Where Do We Go From Here?"
- 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. - A display of historical artifacts and memorabilia will include the North Tulsa Historical Society, American Red Cross, and other various private and public participants. A Red Cross Blood Mobile will be available for donations at 4:30 p.m.
- Starting at 6:00 p.m. The Juneteenth Re-Enactment will be held on Greenwood with Rev. Joey Crutcher and the Gospel Music Workshop of America - will perform a drama presentation with music, costumes, and more. Renowned vocalist Mrs. Tonnie Nichols will also perform.
- Saturday, June 20th at 10:00 a.m. There will be a World Sickle Cell Day Commemorative Balloon Ceremony to remember those who we have lost to sickle cell disease at Langston University, Tulsa Campus.
- Saturday, June 20th is also "Take Me Out to Tulsa Day" starting at 2 p.m. with a picnic on the green at Greenwood next to Vernon A.M.E. Church. Agape Bible Fellowship Choir with Ruben Garner will open with songs of inspiration. Bring your blankets and chairs and make it a Family Reunion with the Morris Family and friends. This talented family of recording artists will salute their legacy with gospel and jazz.
- At 4:00 p.m. the legendary athletes of Oklahoma's High Schools and Colleges will participate in the All Negro Baseball League Commemoration Game led by former NFL star Reuben Gant. The first pitch of the game will be thrown by Tulsa's Mayor Kathy Taylor!
- In the Hall of Fame Line Up, Marcous Friday will pay tribute to Cowboys and Cowgirls of Color.
- Tributes will continue with Former Drum Major Twan Jones and the BTW Hornets Band members past and present.
- Dr. Lester Shaw and A Pocket Full of Hope will take us on a musical Journey in Memory of the Legendary Booker T. Washington Hi Jinks.
- Leon Rollerson Productions will celebrate Juneteenth with his wonderful mix of Jazz, Rhythm and Blues, Gospel, and creative composition while leaving us with a memorable experience of the City-Wide Juneteenth 2009 Celebration.
